Legends Ryde is out of a black type winning mare who won the Listed Mares Final at Newbury. Legends Ryde won a bumper the and was 2nd in a Listed bumper at Cheltenham prior to winning a novice hurdle. She lost her way last season, but came back with a bang this time around with a comprehensive win on chasing debut in soft ground around Ffos Las, and followed that up with a strong performance to be 2nd in a good Graduation Chase at Ascot. Her next two runs were slightly disappointing but she had excuses, and she then won well last time out at this track. Up only 1lbs, but down in trip, she's got to step forward again, but she's a smart mare and can go well again here.
