Midnight Centurion is out of a half-sister to the very useful bumper/hurdle/chase winner Centasia; and from the family of De Soto who was 2nd in the Champion bumper, and 4th in the Supreme Novices. Midnight Centurion was 2nd in both his bumper starts last season, and filled the runners up spot on his hurdling debut. He didn't progress through the winter on a softer surface but back from a break, he looks to have every chance here stepped up in trip on good ground.
