Audacious Annie is a sister to our Cheltenham Festival winner You Wear It Well. Impressive when winning a bumper on debut at Wetherby and then not beaten far next time in a Listed contest, she came back lame from that run. We put her in at the deep end on her return in another Listed event, this time at Cheltenham. She proved not quite up to that but made a very promising hurdles debut when a mistake at the third-last possibly cost her the win rather than finish 2nd. I think she'll like the track and if building on that run, she shouldn't be far away.
