Regarde is from a top French jumps family and won an Irish point as a five-year-old. He was promising in a limited novice hurdle campaign but is built for fences and it was no surprise to us when he won well on his chase debut in a novice handicap at this track last month. Up 6lb for that he is capable of another win around here and dropping back in trip shouldn't inconvenience him.
