Jack Sprat improved to win a couple of handicap hurdles when allowed to go up in trip last season. He has the size and scope to jump a fence but while he has run okay in three outings so far, the switch hasn't brought the expected improvement. Back over hurdles here, I think he can resume his progress and go very close.
