He went away for a good holiday after that. He would probably prefer a bit further than this two miles but he can be very keen when he’s fresh so I’ve dropped him back in trip today in the hope there is a good strong gallop and he can settle. He is a horse that has ability, he hasn’t always helped himself by not relaxing in his races and I would like to step him back up in trip once I’ve got the gas out of him. He’s pretty fit but he will improve for the outing."
