Super Survivor is by the sire of Grade 1 winner The Storyteller out of a winning half-sister to triple Gold Cup winner Best Mate. He was 2nd in an Irish point before joining us last summer. He had a great season's novice hurdling, winning two and finishing 2nd in the other. He is built to be a proper staying chaser so despite his lack of experience we've sent him over fences and he was an excellent 2nd on debut at Uttoxeter. He will improve for that run and should appreciate the step up in trip. Interesting.
