Passing Well is by Coastal Path, sire of many Grade 1 winners out of a winning sister to the multiple black type winning Papy Mamy. The dam is by Passing Sale, sire of Grand National winner Mon Mome. Passing Well was 2nd last time out at the Punchestown Festival in a seriously-competitive 21-runner bumper. There he was squeezed on the home turn, losing his position but then rallied to stay on and was closing on the winner at the line, after which he joined us. He jumps really well and has the size and scope to make up into a smart prospect. He'll want soft ground and further in time but this looks a nice starting point.
