A prolific winner, having won 9 of his 25 starts. Having won six handicap hurdles earlier in his career, he won on chasing debut in impressive fashion last summer. However, he rather scared himself that day, and although placed on his next two starts, he didn’t look a natural chaser. Back over hurdles, he took a while to come back to himself, and for his mark to slip to where could be competitive again. However, it all fell right with an authoritative win at Newton Abbot in July, and he is now our winning most horse ever – what a legend! He has to back that up again here, but as long as the ground isn't soft here, then he'd have another chance.....
