Rockymountainway ran great last time on very testing ground and looked as though a step up in trip would suit. The 7f today should be ideal and she will have no issue with the ground. She can go close.

Stapleford Park made a nice debut at a track that wouldn't really suit mine first time out. I thought he showed a great attitude that day and ran all the way to the line. He will definitely improve for the run and any cut in the ground is a bonus.

Corporate Raider came back to form on his last run here but went up by the same amount as the winner - 5lb, which seems harsh for not winning. At least we now know he handles the track! Upped in trip, hopefully he will be thereabouts again.

Although Donnie Azoff won his first three races over fences, I never really thought him a natural chaser. He switched back to the smaller obstacles last season, winning a Class 3 novice under a penalty last summer on this track. Now handicapping after a break, he should run well here today.

Rothay Park ran well last week over 7.5 furlongs at Lingfield, just getting cut up late on while finishing 3rd. This looks a similar race and he's a straightforward, honest horse suited by this level of rider.

God Of Fire is a new horse to us and we're still learning about him. His turf record isn't great but for no obvious reason so hopefully, it's more down to coincidence than his not liking it.

Prague is a 4yo who started out life with Aidan O'Brien for the Coolmore team. He has to concede a lot of weight to the 3yo's on this belated debut so it will be interesting to see how this beautifully-bred colt compares at this stage.

Siempre Arturo is a big raw horse and still learning. Last time was his first run on turf and it showed he is more than capable of winning races like this once he gets the hang of things.

Accruel was very green on debut. Hopefully, he can take a step forward today.

Miller Spirit came good in an apprentices' handicap here over 1m4f a week ago, beating impressive York winner Dancing In Paris. He's unpenalised and the way he outstayed his rival that day suggests 1m6f shouldn't be a problem.

Magic Memories came back to last year's good form with a solid 2nd place to course specialist Dual Identity at Sandown last month. Two non-runners have weakened this field and he looks the one to beat.

Heer's Sadie is becoming a true course specialist at Brighton. She shows her best form in small fields here as she has to be held up and doesn't get too far behind. She had too much ground to make up last time so hopefully, she will come with her usual late rattle and it will…

Corporate Raider has had excuses for his last few runs. He ran well at Epsom last year so we hope he can handle Brighton okay. This is his first time in this lower grade and he should bounce back to form.

Miller Spirit had some nice form last year but looked in need of the run on his comeback. Maybe he'll be better for one more run.

Salamanca Lad gets a tongue-tie added. He isn't the most focused of horses but he can certainly compete at this level.

Arctician was below par on that rare appearance on turf last time and this is more his backyard. He's a course and distance winner and is long overdue further success.  It would be no surprise to see things go better for him here. He has conditions to suit and just needs some luck in running…
