The Whipmaster won four-in-a-row last spring/summer but has not found it so easy since. One run a long way back last month and a wind-operation in March are all the evidence we have as to where he is just now. He might need a race or two to come back to his 2022 heroics.

Cumulonimbus won nicely at Newmarket recently and I have had my eye on this race since then. He has won at the track and Harry knows him well. Quick ground is the slight unknown but he is a good moving horse so I don't think that will be a problem.

Lil Guff needs to show she handles this very quick ground in what looks a very tight contest despite the tiny field.

Age Of Sail put in a  striking performance from the front at Chepstow last time, making all and setting up a long lead which he held onto easily. Up 5lb, he should have every chance of a repeat display here tonight.

Queen's Company ran well on her reappearance at Kempton. She has won at this track and the step up in trip will suit. We hope she will be thereabouts.

This is the first run in a handicap for My Chiquita. I think she will be competitive off her initial mark of 60 and she's in good form.

Mystic Man jumped well on chase debut at Southwell and he looks the one to beat in this three-horse race getting so much weight from the other pair. Ben knows him well having ridden him in all his UK points before joining us and I'm confident Mystic Man will stay the extra distance.

Hello Zabeel was disappointing last time out at Chelmsford but he had been on the go for a long time and I think he needed a freshen-up. He should love conditions today and 6f at Windsor is ideal for him. Hopefully, he can get back on track today.

Desfondado looks to be coming to hand and ran well enough in a warm novice event last start. It will be an easier task back in a handicap and he could go well at a big price if things go smoothly for him. He is sure to find his races as the season progresses.

Inquisitively works nicely at home but in a big field, he's not only taking on some fellow newcomers from good stables but a trio that has already shown promise. It will be tough to match them first time out.

Helm Rock ran a solid race at a similar level last time. The ground would be as fast as he wants it but they always produce a high-quality surface at Sandown and he's run well there a couple of times. The champion jockey aboard will do no harm to his chances in an open-looking race.

Silastar ran away to a 12-length victory at Leicester and in that context, we should probably be a little relieved at his new mark being only 7lb higher. If anywhere nearer the form of last time he will be very hard to beat.
