Found the 7f and undulations at Chepstow happening too quick last time but otherwise has run very well in similar contests this season and can be competitive again here.

Six O'Hearts was down the field on debut at Wolverhampton. He is still a work in progress although a bit better is expected here. We will be happy is he makes a step in the right direction.

Hey Frankie has done nothing wrong in two bumpers and two runs in novices. Going back up from 2m1f to 2m4f is a big plus for her. The ground will be fine and we are hoping for a big run in an open mares' handicap. She's going there with every chance today.

Optimistic Bias has had no help from the handicapper who refuses to give him any leeway despite his being 13 years of age.  If he takes to Cartmel he has place claims in a race where there are a few dark horses.
