Nice filly that is having her debut run here today. Will learn a lot from the run though and impossible to know anything about the others with every horse being a newcomer, but the betting suggest the Boughey runner is forward. Looking forward to a fair run though and small e/w chance in a race…

Won here two run ago. This is a better race. If he can break well and settle he should go well again with a clear run.

Won at Doncaster two runs back but couldn't back that up at Southwell last time. Back to Uttoxeter will suit though as a past CD winner here and the better ground will help too. Open race - each-way chance.

Has done absolutely nothing wrong so far and clearly loves his racing. He should love the ground and track today and I think he will be better on turf. He can go well in a hot race

The Paul Nicholls horse to fear, but our 6 year-old has been running well of late and ran another solid race last time at Kempton (2nd). Slight rise in grade here but we get 6lbs less in racing weight. Taking his racing well and should have another leading chance, but might need the Nicholls runner…

Course winner that was back to form last time out at Sandown with a close second - the winner has since franked the form to win again and so off the same mark but with Niall taking off 3lbs this time we come here with a leading chance with the overnight rain a plus.

Ejtilaab has been running really well in Dubai and definitely brings the best form to the race. However, this is a stepping stone to the all weather championships finals so there is no need for him to have a really hard race today.

Surrey Knight is a lovely horse in the making and is ready for his racecourse debut. 10 furlongs will be on the sharp side in the long run, but this is the perfect starting point for him as he will love the track and ground.

Only career win came on the turf so the switch back to the grass is a plus - is fit and well from a recent run on the AW and we've a good draw here in 1. Each-way chance with Rossa Ryan riding.

Probably our best chance on the day - won well at Fontwell last time Saturday and despite being up 7lbs for that here did it well (8 lengths) and has taken that race well too. Similar race here so expected to be hard to beat.

Cracking run on debut at Kempton when an excellent third of 12 - despite the price that day it didn't really shock us that he ran well. Has improved at home for that run too and with that experience under his belt can kick on again here. Should not be far away and Marco rides…

Second runner in the race for us and probably our better chance. Third last time out to a horse that has since won again so the form looks solid. Is running 2lbs out of the handicap, so that's not ideal, but a similar race here and even though still looking for his first win over…

Course winner that is back to his last winning mark. Trying him upped in trip here as he stayed on well the last day over 3m2f. Better ground is fine too and seems well after a small break. Each-way.

Midnight Centurion is out of a half-sister to the very useful bumper/hurdle/chase winner Centasia; and from the family of De Soto who was 2nd in the Champion bumper, and 4th in the Supreme Novices.  Midnight Centurion was 2nd in both his bumper starts last season, and filled the runners up spot on his hurdling debut.…

Fair bit to prove at the moment and is still looking for his first win over fences. Continues to drop down the ratings and is 6lbs lower than last time so that helps, but I'd prefer to see more on the track before being more confident.
